really low rest height, you'll need some sort of ramp to drive up on so that the floor jack clears the bottom lip of the front bumper cover. I picked up some 2 step plastic ones that work great.
On to jack stands. I use the big-ugly-orange square welded body w/adj. cast white heads stands from the local discount auto parts warehouse specials. The cost wasn't bad, but they're also 14 or so inches tall w/o the heads extended. I think these are too big for use at the track. I'd recommend the next size down which is under a foot tall. I think I've seen these at Kragen, etc. But even these are apprx $ 40/pair. Sears may have some cheaper ones that are made of thinner gauge steel. You may be able to get by w/some stamped ramps to get the front end in the air to do the tire swap, oil change. Then back the rear on to do the rear tire swap. The stamped ramps are probably also $ 40.
